Cost of delivery
We charge a flat fee of $99 for curb side delivery our product to our service area.

How should I prepare for my flooring delivery?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Returns & refunds
We offer a 90-day period return policy since the date of purchase. The package of the returning boxes must be in sellable condition.
Refund will take place in 7 days since the returned boxes are received by Serica Floors.

Do I have to pay sales tax on my flooring order?
Sales tax is applied based on your delivery address and local tax laws. Most U.S. states require sales tax on flooring products. During checkout, we’ll automatically calculate any applicable tax for your location.
Installation
Can customer install floors themselves?
Yes, many customers choose to install floors themselves. However, we always recommend reviewing the installation & maintenance manual carefully and evaluate your skill level before starting any installation. For best results, consider hiring a professional—especially for more complex floor layout designs.

Do I need underlayment?
Serica Floors' LVP products do not require additional underlayment. However, a 6-mil vapor barrier is required when installed over concrete.
Can I install over radiant heat?
Yes. Serica Floors' LVP floor is rated for use over hydronic and electric heated floors that do not allow a hot point on the
surface of the subfloor greater than 150°F.
